Step 2 Complete Personal Experience Form (PEF)
Step 3 Aptitude Test those who receive above the minimum cut score will receive an interview
Step 4 Show up for interview (on time)
Scores from PEF, Aptitude test, and interview will be merged together to establish a ranking.
Applicants will be assigned employment based off of ranking.
If selected, apprentices will be assigned employment from the JATC. Selected apprentices will report for drug testing, OSHA 10 hour training, and 50 hours of pre-employment training.
Apprentices report for training six weeks (approximately once every six weeks) a year which is unpaid. While employed apprentices earn an exception wage and benefit package, with annual increases throughout five year program.
